State Engineering University of Armenia (SEUA) is the legal successor of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, founded in 1933, which was and remains the premier provider of technological education in the country. SEUA has over 11,000 students at all 3 study levels. Among a wide multi focus scope of specializations it offers advanced ICT-related programs for the region, aimed at producing graduates with a high level of academic background and professional expertise. The number of academic staff exceeds 1,000, most of them holding doctoral degrees. The specialization scope of SEUA includes 45 Bachelor’s and 23 Master’s specializations in Engineering, Industrial Economics, Engineering Management, Applied Mathematics and Sociology. 
The University also maintains strong links with the off-campus community, reaching out to people through a growing network of continuing education units and short term training and retraining courses both in Yerevan and in the regions.

State Engineering University of Armenia (SEUA) as a leading engineering university in IT sector will participate in different realms of the project. The Department of Computer Systems and Informatics offers advanced computer science and IT-related programs for the region; SEUA is a member of EUA and ABSU network, thus being able to provide technical support. The University has a number of support services such as the Computer Centre, Industrial Liaison and Students Carrier Support Centre and etc, SEUA offers extended education courses and a network of continuing education structures, availing itself from the opportunity to perform teaching tasks. The University has a leading role in the running reform of higher education in Armenia. So, it will assist in the development of strategies, planning and curricular renovation. It can also participate in the management and administration of the project. SEUA will be leader of work package 1 on scoping and needs analysis.
